A man who molested 29 boys, using soda and snacks to lure some to his home, will soon be moving to Golden Valley. Clarence Opheim's impending release from Minnesota's civil commitment program caused state lawmakers to hurriedly draft a bill to make sure people who lived near his new home would know he was there.
